Tatsuki Masaru- Decotora, Decorative Truck
Photographer, recorded the art of Decorative Trucks.  Decotora from Japan is decking out your truck in lights, graphics, visuals, something as a form of expression during the 60's.  It is more regulated now, with truckers sticking more to graphics and a little less lights.

The Xanadu Hijack, by Curt and Jordan Cloninger.  They have created a logo/ logos and tag them with certain names, so that when you try and Google Search that name, one of the Xanadu logo's, hijacks the images and shows up in the search.

Here, you can enter your location, such as city and state, and the site randomly generates a travel guide.  The information, being randomly generated, may not be completely accurate to your location.  That being said, with the information generated, you have to make your own connections, such as Manhattan, KS said "The waters can be very deep there. Finally, you reach the parking area, from where you are to explore the beautiful surroundings by foot. Other treks to different destinations can be booked as well."

DNS- Domain Name Service:  Keep's track of the computers names and IP address it's connected to.

"How the Web Works", CERN
Good diagram representation of how the web works with the house, factory and roads.

"The Definition of Hypertext and Its History as a Concept", George P. Landow - 

Hypertext and Hypermedia are used interchangeably, and acts as a link between information.  Hypertext, links you to images, words other web pages.

"Hyper textual Consciousness", Mark Amerika 
Basically this site demonstrates the use of Hypertext, by linking certain words or phrases to another page or pages containing definitions, similar concepts, etc.
